My 5 New Years Resolutions!

Hello everyone,
Today I wanted to share with you my resolutions for the New Year and how I hope to make my life a little bit better this year!

1) Eating Healthier
I am really going to cut down on the crap that I eat this year and I really am going to try to eat a lot more healthily and, not loose weight particularly, but just to eat healthy foods. I try to eat as healthy as I can already but I fell like you can always do better.

2) Worry Less
I definitely worry too much! I worry about every little thing, until I feel sick to the stomach and can't sleep because it's all I can think about! I really have an anxiety/worrying problem if I let it get to me, but that's what I want to stop happening!

3) Be More Positive
I am quite a positive person and am good in bad situations, but there are some things that I see as bad straight away, so I want to see most things as the bright side! I want to try and look at everything on a positive note so that I feel a little bit better about bad things.

4) Try New Things
This is a very hard one to do at my age because obviously I can't do most outrageous bucket list things, but I can try things that I never have before. When given the opportunity I will try something new, hopefully every day or so. I do want to say, though, that I do NOT mean anything related to underage smoking, drinking etc. I just mean everything else that it is okay for my age to do!

5) Spend More Time With Family and Friends
Especially the older members of my family because there is no guarantee for how long they will be with us, such as my Grandparents and Great Aunties. I want to spend time with my little cousins too because they are growing up so fast that I want to share this time with the as they grow so I think it's nice to spend write with them when they are really young, because when they are my age, I will hopefully have a life of my own and won't see them so often, sadly. As well as family, I want to spend more time with friends outside of school because I fell as though I don't do that as often, and I enjoy it when I do.

I hope you are all enjoying 2014 so far and share with me what your resolutions are it he comments maybe?

Blogmas Day 24: The End of Blogmas!

Hello everyone,
Today I wanted to talk about how this is the end of Blogmas. :( I can't believe that I have done 24 blog posts, one after another, for 24 days straight! It surprised me so much! I really want to thanks all of you who have read these blog posts and have stuck by me this month! I really am excited for Christmas now and I can't wait for the morning! I have baked gingerbread today and have also had a very relaxing bath using the Lush Bubble Bar in the scent Christmas Eve, it was only appropriate! I have watched a couple of films today too and am just waiting to go to sleep and for Santa to arrive! I will hopefully do a small post tomorrow but I can't promise anything! I hope you have had an amazing Christmas Eve and I hope you have a brilliant Christmas Day!

Now I do want to say that I know that I will not receive all of these gifts, and I am okay with that! My Mum told me to write down everything that I wanted, whatever it is, just write it down. As well, I am going shopping after Christmas, so anything I really want on my list that I didn't get for Christmas, I can buy with my own money! Blogmas Day 22: Christmas Day Nail Polish Contenders!

Hello everyone,
Today I am going to show you some of the nail polishes I might be wearing on Christmas Day this year. I really like all of the polishes I have chosen but I haven't picked which one I will be wearing yet, so maybe some of you could help me! By the way, they mainly consist of reds and glitters!

1) Barry M Gelly Nail Paint in Blood Orange

This is the newest nail polish to my collection and I think that this will be the one I wear in the end. This polish is your typical bright, Christmassy red colour. I love the formula of these nail polishes too because they feel like gel and stay on for the longest time. Because they have the feel and the texture of gel, it is extremely shiny and smooth on the nails. The colour is really great and vivid and I think it will be a nice, bright polish for Christmas Day.

2) American Apparel Nail Lacquer in Port

This is a really unique maroon polish because it has a slight purple tint to it. It is a sheen to it and looks really classy and dark and I love that it is a mixture between a dark colour and a red. It looks really pretty on the nails too.

3) Essie Nail Polish in Leading Lady

This one, again, is a very classy red that has glitter all throughout it. To get the glitter all over the nail, you have to do two coats, but it looks really pretty and is so worth it! This colour was from last years Christmas collection, so even Essie think it's great for Christmas time!

4) W7 Nail Polish in Cosmic Black

My friend Molly bought this for e for my birthday in October and I love it! It's a black polish with silver specks of glitter running through it. It's perfect for Christmas and New Years because it's stunning but simple at the same time. I really love this polish, but make sure to do two coats because it can look a little streaky on the first one.

5) Revlon Nail Lacquer in 480 Autumn Berry

This nail polish is a plumy, berry colour with a sheen to it and I think it has a slight shimmer. It's really pretty and is a subtle plum colour for Christmas Day because it's not to showy. I really do like this colour and it seems to be popular with the people who see me wearing it. I love wearing this colour with a gold accent nail on my ring finger because there's a small golden shimmer in the polish.
